ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT – BOSTON

The Associate Consultant is a member of MIDIOR’s professional consulting staff and will assist in delivering tasks and deliverables related to consulting engagements and research initiatives. This role also contributes to the development and implementation of MIDIOR marketing initiatives with a focus on digital communications. As a key member of the MIDIOR team, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and have the opportunity to learn and grow as a marketer and product management consultant. To succeed you will need to be flexible, work well independently and as part of a team, be obsessed by the details, enjoy a fast-paced environment with fluid priorities and have a passion for cool products and how they work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client engagements: conduct market/customer research, prepare presentation materials, track and analyze data
  • Update website and blog content using HTML and WordPress; create images and graphics to add new features
  • Assist in MIDIOR research studies: recruit participants, analyze data, report on findings
  • Manage CRM database: update/add contacts, maintain data quality
  • Manage social media program: grow Twitter and LinkedIn communities while sourcing content reflective of MIDIOR’s perspective and values
  • Plan and execute email marketing initiatives: campaign design, distribution, analysis


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of blog and email marketing platforms
  • Assist in MIDIOR research studies: recruit participants, analyze data, report on findings
  • Solid website development skills using HTML and graphics tools to create new content
  • Proficiency in organizational & project management skills; attention to detail a must
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; audience engagement is the catchphrase
  • Strong skills using Excel for data collection/analysis and list management
  • 1 - 2 years marketing experience, with at least one year in B2B

Additional Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT DATA ANALYST - BOSTON

The Associate Consultant Data Analyst is a member of MIDIOR’s professional consulting staff and will assist in delivering tasks and deliverables related to consulting engagements and research initiatives. This position has a particular focus on supporting our most data intensive engagements. As a key member of the MIDIOR team, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and have the opportunity to learn and grow your technical chops. To succeed you will need to be flexible, work well independently and as part of a team, be obsessed by the details, enjoy a fast-paced environment with fluid priorities and have a passion for cool products and how they work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client engagements: work with MIDIOR’s technology services team in the implementation of client solutions
  • Support the development of database and spreadsheet solutions for data transformation and data analysis
  • Work with data integration and data analysis tools to create new insight from existing data sets
  • Create useful documentation that allows others to leverage your work

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Superior analytical skills
  • Solid technical skills with common data manipulation tools from Excel to Access to SQL
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain your work to others is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to implement technical solutions from design through test and delivery
  • Ability to work with a team using an agile methodology with frequent iterations

Additional Skills and Attributes:

  • Specific experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Integration and/or Sharepoint development is a plus
  • Passion for doing great work
