ASSOCIATE POSITION

As an integral member of our professional services staff, the Associate will assist with tasks and deliverables related to both consulting engagements and internal research initiatives. This position requires appreciation for and skills in research, requirements analysis, detailed documentation, presentation of information and project administration. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a process-driven, highly detail-oriented individual who enjoys the demands of a fast-paced environment with fluid priorities and values the unique benefits of being part of a small boutique firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leads to assist with the scoping, planning, and execution of assigned consulting engagements
  • Conduct market/customer research, track and analyze data, and present findings
  • Project administration, which may include:
  • Meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
  • Project plan development and maintenance
  • Slide development
  • Participation in client meetings
  • Work with consulting team in developing project-related deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, process workflow diagrams and interview guides
  • Support MIDIOR’s senior staff in preparation for and delivery of client presentations
  • Assist with internal research initiatives: recruit participants, analyze data, report on findings
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • US work authorization required
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a consulting or professional services environment, preferably in a product-oriented role
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects, multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Process-oriented and obsessed with the details
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to process and communicate complex and abstract issues and problems in real-time
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with clients, partners and with internal teams
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to rapidly pick up and learn new tools and concepts
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a curious and inquisitive nature

MIDIOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

MANAGEMENT CONSULTING INTERNSHIP - PENDING FOR SUMMER 2024
MIDIOR is looking for college juniors who are interested in a career in management consulting with an emphasis in the practice of product development and product management. You will work with a small team of experienced executives to support a variety of project initiatives. On any given day you could be working on market research, developing digital content for MIDIOR’s blog sites, compiling lists for a direct marketing campaign or shadowing associate consultants on management consulting projects. 


Your Background:
This position will be a good fit for you if:
