Cambridge, MA -- September 12, 2014 – MIDIOR Consulting recently completed a management consulting project for a Boston-area nonprofit, Partners for Youth with Disabilities(PYD). The engagement was focused on The Young Entrepreneurs Project(YEP), a program that is delivered in the Boston Area Public Schools and after school programs to support youth with disabilities in gaining the skills needed for career readiness. The program has been around for over 16 years and has impacted the lives of hundreds of youth.

The objectives of the project were to establish methods for measuring the success and quality of the YEP program, make recommendations about what data should be collected to track performance and provide research into comparable programs that serve a similar population.
