“I am both humbled and honored to have the opportunity to work with the Chamber team and my amazing Advisory Board colleagues to connect, inform and lift up professional women and their male allies in Greater Boston. Now more than ever, we look to our local communities to create the stable foundations that can serve as platforms for future growth and it is organizations like the Women’s Network that strengthen their fabric and ensure they thrive. Together, I am confident we will continue the impactful work of our predecessors and in so doing, support the professional women of Greater Boston in their roles as beacons for innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership and business success,” said Susan Loconto Penta.

“Congratulations to Susan as she begins her time as Chair. I know that thousands more women and allies will continue to be reached and influenced, helping to advance workplaces where women can thrive.
