We are hard to define - and yet we fit right in the middle of the solution to our client's dilemmas - right there at the intersection of products, technology and business.

Our Approach

We treat each engagement as an engineering problem waiting to be solved. We also assume that we don't know anything, other than what questions to ask first. Since we are engineers by training, we naturally have a disciplined, methodical approach to each project and abide by a few key tenets: (1) the devil is always in the details, (2) start by learning from people, (3) treat the project like an experiment - construct a hypothesis then try to disprove it (4) deliver honest results based on hard facts.
